Services Provided

JWS Water Hauling provides bulk water delivery services for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, including but not limited to swimming pools, cisterns, construction sites, and emergency water supply.

Scheduling & Availability

All deliveries are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to meet requested dates and times, scheduling may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment issues, or high demand.

Same-day or emergency services may be available but are not guaranteed.

Pricing

Pricing is based on several factors, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery location

  • Total gallons delivered

  • Number of loads required

  • Frequency of service

  • Type of service (standard vs. emergency)

Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept multiple forms of payment; however, checks are preferred as they eliminate processing fees. If paying by check, payment must be available at the job site at the time of delivery.

Invoices paid by card may be subject to processing fees.

We accept:

Failure to provide payment at the time of delivery may result in service delays or refusal of future service.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the delivery location

  • Clear access for trucks and equipment

  • Proper setup area for hose placement

JWS Water Hauling is not responsible for delays or inability to complete delivery due to unsafe or inaccessible conditions.

Property & Liability

While every effort is made to protect customer property, JWS Water Hauling is not responsible for:

  • Damage to driveways, lawns, landscaping, or underground utilities

  • Damage caused by weight of trucks or equipment

  • Issues related to water overflow or improper pool/cistern setup

Customers assume responsibility for directing hose placement and monitoring fill levels where applicable.

Water Quality

All water delivered by JWS Water Hauling is potable and sourced from municipal water systems monitored by local water departments for quality and safety. While we ensure proper handling during transport, we are not responsible for water quality issues that may occur after delivery due to storage, handling, or environmental conditions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Customers are asked to provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling.

Repeated cancellations or last-minute changes may affect future scheduling priority.

Emergency Services

Emergency or after-hours services may include additional fees depending on timing, location, and demand. While we do our best to accommodate urgent requests, availability is not guaranteed and depends on driver availability.

Refusal of Service

JWS Water Hauling reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Lack of payment

  • Inaccessible delivery location

  • Inappropriate or unsafe customer behavior

Agreement to Terms

By scheduling and accepting delivery services from JWS Water Hauling, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
